Roasted roots for lunch today-- beets and sweet potatoes and parsnips and leeks and brussels sprouts and one lone sausage-- yum! And today's exotic fruit from Greenlife is a kind of Japanese citrus called a Budda's Hand. It's citrusy aromatic and used mainly to perfume rooms and clothing. But it can be grated and used as zest for flavoring. The strangest looking fruit I've ever seen.
